It is a variation of traditional fresh, full-fat milk with a lactose content of less than 0.01g per 100g of volume, which makes it suitable for people with lactose intolerance. Lactose - milk sugar, is broken down in this milk by the enzyme lactase into simpler sugars, which are digestible for such people. Another great advantage of this fresh delactosized milk is that it is treated with pasteurization at lower temperatures, thus maintaining a high content of vitamins and nutrients. Like all products from the BABIČKA line, it is produced exclusively from milk from Slovak farms in the TEKOV area.
