The strong blue-mold together with a special and carefully controlled ripening gives the cheese a slightly spicy taste with a slightly salty ending. NIVA ORIGINAL LACTOSE FREE is the first Slovak blue-mold delactose cheese and is produced in packaging versions - 130 g portion, intended for retail shelves and NIVA ORIGINAL halfdrum weighing approximately 1.1 kg, intended for slicing into shop counters.
