It is a natural Slovak cheese, made by hand, specially for frying without the need for a thick three-pack, so that the taste of this quality cheese stands out. The package contains two separate 100g blocks ready for wrapping and making a quick lunch in a few minutes. The new vacuum pack in a thicker foil slows down the natural ripening of the cheese and thus any leakage from the triple-wrap. TEKOV Cheese for frying is produced in two variants: nonsmoked and popular smoked. Like all TEKOV cheeses, it is made from milk from farmers in the Tekova area.
