It is a hand-made natural cheese, with a structure suitable for grilling. After only a few minutes on the grill or in a frying pan, a crust forms on the surface while the inside of the cheese remains deliciously soft. The package contains two separate 100g blocks ready for grilling immediately after unpacking without further preparation. A new vacuum pack in a thicker foil slows down its natural ripening and thus any leakage. TEKOV Cheese Grill is produced in two variants nonsmoked and popular smoked, which is smoked in classic way - only on beech wood. Like all TEKOV cheeses, it is made from milk from farmers in the Tekova area.
