TEKOV FRESH CHEESE 200 g

It is a natural, hand-made cheese with a short but precisely controlled ripening period in order to preserve the basic grain in the cheese structure after racking. The cheese thus remains fresh, giving it a harder, frangible consistency and a creamy taste. These properties of cheese are particularly welcome in the preparation of various vegetable salads, for grating, for pasta but also for heat treatment. The vacuum wrapping in a thicker foil ensures the maintenance of these properties during the shelf life. TEKOV Fresh cheese is traditionally produced in two variants - nonsmoked and popular smoked, in the classic way - only on beech wood and of course, like all TEKOV cheeses, it is made from milk from farmers in the Tekov region.
