It is a natural, semi-hard, full-fat cheese with a fine, partially supple consistency without or with minimal meshes. It has a horseshoe shape and it´s colour is creamy to yellow. The taste of the cheese is pure, slightly acidic and at smoked cheese is gently smoked.
